The Syndicate Department strives to identify investment opportunities specific to Initial Public Offerings (and/or secondary offerings) that are lead-managed by other quality brokerage firms. Our commitment is to continue to establish strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with other broker-dealers. In the last 12 months alone, we have participated in dozens of syndicate transactions with a wide variety of firms. This has allowed us to distribute diverse offerings to our representatives across the U.S. We believe that our proven ability to grow and develop a "syndicate product" provides a significant benefit to our strategic allies in the underwriting community, to issuers who seek broader retail stock ownership, and to clients who may choose from a broad array of underwritings and offerings.
